Regular blood tests and review of your health data is key to understanding and maintaining good health and wellbeing. It can help to identify potential health problems before symptoms arise allowing you to act early and make healthy choices to address any risk factors that could impact longevity or healthspan.

Through a series of blood and urine samples, we measure up to 150 biomarkers to provide a deeper understanding of your unique health profile including hormonal, heart, kidney, liver, thyroid, digestive and nutritional health.

Please ensure you are fasting for at least 8 hours prior to your appointment, this means no drinks or food except for water. We recommend that you drink plenty of water before hand to keep you well hydrated.
